Soho Loft, New York, NY

Two soho apartment lofts were combined to create a three-level penthouse conversion with an expansive rooftop deck. A minimum palette of materials, including wood, steel, concrete board and glass were used to create a serene but warm living space. Oversized glass windows on the roof level allow light to infiltrate into living spaces below creating a strong connection between indoor and garden space.
